I’m back at it, listing out the things from the past week that made me smile and that I’m am thankful for. It’s important to remember the things that are good to help ease the sting of the bad.
What can I say? Some weeks are better than others and I’d like to have reminders of the good for when it’s not so good. I re read that statement and it makes me feel like I’m implying that life isn’t good. It mostly is. (Knockonwood!) I just want to make sure I’m documenting the moments that shine for me so when they don’t I can find good things quickly

- Play day with D’Lovely, Em & O
- Super B supplements
- Pool free week
- Crochet every day and digital fun
- Kickin’ radio station, The Peak
- Ice cream for the PMS monster’s whoremones
- Scalloped potato and ham from scratch that Frank made me. So very good
- BatGirl, Sue, D’Lovely and Frank on Saturday
- Lunch with my bro
Doing Things Differently recap:
Earlier bed time: Hard to tell. I’m feeling better and feel like I’m sleeping more but I can’t say if I’m going to sleep earlier or just sleeping harder.
Activity: Yoga: 0 Swim: 0 Run: 0
I tried hula class and made it through about 45 min before the dizzies won and I had to leave.
General feeling of overall accomplishment: I’ve gotten a lot done, but am just catching up from being down for so long.
