Difficult times? Consider yourself hugged.

peace love lightI’ve seen a lot of posts, conversations and texts today (and in the last few days) that tell me the person on the other end is struggling. Some have said so directly, some have implied it, and others I just have a tummy twinkle something isn’t quite right.

If you’re one of them (or if you’re reading this and you’re feeling like it could be you even if you haven’t posted or we haven’t chatted) just know that I’m thinking good, positive, warm thoughts for you.

If your depression is making you it’s b*tch at the moment or anxiety has you skittish and scared, you’re worried about that next class/semester, or a loved one for whatever reason – I hope your difficulties, anxiety, stress, and sadness pass before they get worse.
