I’m back at it, listing out the things from the past week that made me smile. It’s important to remember the things that are good to help ease the sting of the bad. (If you ask me, and since you’re reading my blog, it’s almost like you did ask.)
What can I say? Some weeks are better than others and I’d like to have reminders of the good for when it’s not so good. I re read that statement and it makes me feel like I’m implying that life isn’t good. It is. (Knockonwood!) I just want to make sure I’m documenting the moments that shine for me.
In no particular order:
- People who seem to understand me
- Hot glue guns
- 1st Birthdays
- Pleased swim parents
- KIND bars
- Checking things off my lists
- Gluten free Cupcakes
- Good friends
- Mythbusters tour
I had some good outfits this week, but some totally uninspired ones too. I got a new phone mid week so I’ll pull them and put together a grid soon.
Doing Things Differently recap:
Earlier bed time: I was so fricken exhausted all week this wasn’t difficult
Activity: Yoga: 1 Swim: 2 Run: 0
I got a lot of other things done.
General feeling of overall accomplishment: I got an insane amount of stuff done and may have reached my limit. I took an opportunity and let someone else teach for me so I could have more work time. It was a good move.
This coming week is busy, but hopefully not unreasonably so.
