Have you ever looked at Pinterest and thought, “No way, that won’t work, but man that would be cool!”
I often do.
I can’t link the specific pin because I’m writing this on my phone, but I have faith you can find it/one.
Do you see that awesomeness above? It’s truly inspired.
Heat your waffle maker to medium high and when its ready, give it a spray of nonstick spray. Spoon your leftover stuffing (If it’s wet that’s fine.) onto the bed. Cover well. Close top and use oven mit to close as best you can. Cook until crispy. Mine took about 15 min.
I had to tip my stuffing waffle out onto the plate. No biggie.
You can put gravy if you want or you can sprinkle Worcestershire sauce like I like to do.
I highly recommend this if you have a waffle maker…and if you don’t have a waffle maker I feel for you.
(I made and used gluten free stuffing. It was easy and yummy.)
