Rather than start work early, I left the house in my running clothes and sneakers with clothes in my swim bag to shower after a run. I figured it was better to get some Mission Move More in than to just sit at my desk or take a nap under my desk.
I ran for 20 minutes. (You can see my play list for about a 20 minute run. I think I started with Tainted Love for a warm up and then Rough and Ready really got me into it. If you’re not familiar with Rough and Ready, check it out!)
It’s been awhile since I’ve run, but the 1.55 miles weren’t too bad. (1.55:35) Not awesome, but I didn’t hate it and if I’d had more time, I could have done another 10 minutes.
Probably. The music really helps so I might have to make a 30 minute run one too.
It’s rare that I’m up early enough to work out before going to the office. I do love sleeping when I can. Today isn’t too bad so far, we’ll see how the day progresses! I might have to try this again. Mornings are just so hard. Aren’t they?
