NaBloPoMo questions

I’ve been trying to blog every day in January because why not? It’s one of those NaBloPoMo things. The theme for January is Energy. You might notice that I haven’t been writing about Energy, but that’s ok. They’re just writing prompts. I think I’ve managed to write most days so far though.

I’m fresh out of ideas today though that aren’t self deprecating or mean so I’ll answer some of the questions from the writing prompts. Seems like a more kind way to go.

From where do you draw your energy?
Coffee. Oh you wanted a more serious answer. I don’t know. My To-Do list and people I want to see is quite motivating and energizing. And Naps. I’m a pro napper. It seems I have a lot of energy for the little rest that I actually get. I guess I always have.

At what time of day do you feel the most energetic and productive?
About 11pm. Seriously, it’s how I’m wired I guess. I’ve always done great work and gotten a lot done at night.

What is your favourite song that gives you energy?
Black Eyed Peas, upbeat Show tunes, The Killers, Techno Remixes of classical stuff. Happy peppy music. Beach Boys

If you could be given the option to never sleep and also never be tired, would you take it if it meant you’d also never dream again?
I sort of live this life already. My insomnia is well documented, but I’m often not that tired. When I do dream, they’re extraordinarily vivid and often scary.

Questions? Comments? Have a challenge for me for February? Good news to share? A joke?
