Yes, I know I’m already doing this challenge for photos, but I take photos every day anyway so now they just have a little more focus than the typical random stuff I get.
Courtney over at Sweet Tooth Sweet Life is challenging all of us (aka whoever wants to join her) to a Yoga Challenge. I tried this in June” and failed miserably but I’m going to try and do a better job this time.
“Why bother?” you ask? I’ve been running a little more (twice last week! This week going for 3 times.) and am getting tight again. My joints and muscles hate me today and even though yoga puts me through the ringer sometimes, it does make my joints feel better. I really don’t know why I don’t do it more often other than I get distracted? Oh and sometimes I’m lazy.
Now, she’s doing three yoga sessions a week. They can be 10, 20, 45 min, it doesn’t matter. Each one counts! I could do 10 or 20 min of yoga 3 times a week. I think…I KNOW I can do 10 min 3 times a week, even if it’s just the basic stuff.
Anyone care to join me for that?
The second part of October is OMG Snail Mail! This comes by way of my cousin who apparently wants to get mail other than bills. I love me some snail mail and have some super fun stamps handy to send stuff out. So I will.
