Me and Nanny at Christmas.

My Nanny is sick. She has a clotting problem so she was on a lot of anti-clotting agents. Eventually it was too much and she started bleeding into her lungs and the doctors didn’t know what to do other than take her off the anti-clotting agents which means that it’s possible for her to get a clot in one of her extremities. You can see the problem…

Now she has an infection in her lungs and we’re waiting. Only time will tell if she’s going to heal or not.

I went to see her Saturday and she told me it’s going to be ok. I believe her that one way or the other, it’ll be ok.  I’m scared. We’re not ready to lose her.  I’ll tell you more about Nanny next week. I need a tissue.

  4. Thanks for sharing your photos and feelings, love. Really hoping that Nanny gets better, but I think she was wise to tell you that everything will be ok. It will be ok, because no matter what happens, she is surrounded with family that loves her to pieces. Big hugs.
